Annual Meeting of Walden District Improvement Association

On Monday, April 23, 2012 Walden will have its annual meeting at Renaissance Club Sport at Oak and Treat.  The agenda for the program is

6:30 to 7:00 pm         Registration, membership renewal and light refreshments.

7:00 to 7:15 pm         Walden business meeting with election of board members, membership report, and financial report.

7:15 to 7:45 pm         Brief review of activities during 2011 followed by solicitation of questions and suggested activities for the upcoming year.

7:45 to 8:30 pm         Presentation by BART Director Gail Murray who will provide a brief overview of local BART issues followed by a question and answer session.  

8:30 pm                      Adjourn

Those attending the meeting can park at the John Muir office building located at Jones Road and Treat Blvd. This self-park option eliminates the expense of valet parking, but does require some walking along Jones Road to the hotel entrance.  If you park in the John Muir lot, place a sheet of paper with WALDEN written in bold letters on your dash.  We sincerely appreciate the generosity of Renaissance Club Sport in making the room available for our annual meeting and John Muir’s assistance in the afterhours parking for this event.

To simplify meeting registration, a membership form is included below to fill out prior to your arrival.  However, membership is not required to attend the meeting or receive this newsletter.
